What does BuyLeadPilot do?
BuyLeadPilot watches the leads page of your own seller account in your browser, checks each new lead against the filters you set (keywords, locations, categories, budget, quantity), and runs your configured action, such as buying the lead, only when every rule and safety limit allows it.
Which marketplace does it work with?
BuyLeadPilot is built for IndiaMART. It works on the BuyLeads page of your own IndiaMART seller account, and can also import keywords from the leads you already have in IndiaMART.
Safety
Do you need my IndiaMART password?
No. BuyLeadPilot never asks for, stores or transmits your IndiaMART password. You sign in to your seller panel yourself, in your own browser, and the extension works only within that session.
Does it bypass CAPTCHAs or security checks?
No. If your seller panel shows a CAPTCHA, a verification step or a sign-in page, automation pauses and notifies you. You complete the step yourself; the software never attempts to solve or bypass it.
How do you prevent buying the same lead twice?
Every lead gets a fingerprint (the IndiaMART lead ID when available, otherwise a hash of its content). The extension and the server both check it before any action, and the server enforces one action per lead with a database constraint. Duplicates are skipped and logged.
What happens if the result of a purchase cannot be confirmed?
The action is recorded as "unknown", it is never retried automatically, and automation pauses until you check your seller panel and resume. Repeated failures also trigger an automatic circuit breaker.
Can I stop everything immediately?
Yes. The Stop automation button in the dashboard stops new actions at once and cancels any action that has not started yet. Every team member can use it, whatever their role.
Setup
What is Test Mode?
Test Mode runs the exact same filters as live automation on real leads, and shows which leads would have been bought, without performing any action. We recommend running a profile in Test Mode before enabling it.
What do I need to get started?
An IndiaMART seller account, Google Chrome (or another Chromium browser such as Microsoft Edge) on a computer, and a BuyLeadPilot account. Setup takes about ten minutes: install the extension, connect it with a one-time code, create a profile, and test it.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes. The extension works inside your browser, so the browser must be open with your seller panel signed in for leads to be detected. The dashboard shows when a browser was last active.
Billing
Is there a free trial?
New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the Starter plan. No card is required to start. After the trial, the account moves to the Free plan (Test Mode only) unless you choose a paid plan.
Does the subscription include the cost of leads?
No. The subscription covers the software. Lead purchases are made in your own IndiaMART account and are billed by IndiaMART under your plan with them. Daily and hourly limits help you control that spend.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
No. Once a paid plan is active, the payment is not refunded, including for the unused part of the month or year. You can stop the renewal at any time from the Subscription page; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid yearly: you pay for 10 months and get 12, so two months are free.
