Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BuyLeadPilot, having its registered office at Deesa , Banaskantha , Gujarat - 385535 ("we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of the BuyLeadPilot website, web dashboard and browser extension (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the extension or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BuyLeadPilot helps sellers manage BuyLeads in their own IndiaMART seller account. The browser extension reads the leads shown in your signed-in seller panel, our servers check them against the profiles, keywords, filters and limits you set, and, when you choose live automation, the extension performs the action you configured (such as buying a matching lead) in your own browser session. Test Mode evaluates leads without performing any action.

Features and limits depend on your plan. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. No affiliation with IndiaMART

BuyLeadPilot is an independent product. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by IndiaMART InterMESH Limited. "IndiaMART" and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owner and are used only to describe what the Service works with. We do not provide IndiaMART's services and cannot act on IndiaMART's behalf.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password, sign-in and connected browsers secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
  • Tell us at once at support@buyleadpilot.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Your IndiaMART account and your responsibilities

  • You must have your own valid IndiaMART seller account, or written permission from its owner, for every account the Service is used with.
  • You alone are responsible for complying with IndiaMART's Terms of Use, policies, fair-use rules and limits, including any rules about automated tools. Read them before using automation and, if you are unsure, ask IndiaMART whether automated tools are allowed for your account.
  • You choose your keywords, filters, limits, refresh interval and whether automation is live. Every action carried out through the Service in your IndiaMART account, including buying BuyLeads and using BuyLead credits, is your action and your responsibility.
  • Test new settings in Test Mode first, and use sensible limits and refresh intervals. Very frequent reloads or actions may be treated by IndiaMART as unusual activity.
  • Sign-in, OTP, CAPTCHA and other verification steps shown by IndiaMART must be completed by you personally.
  • If IndiaMART asks you to stop using third-party tools, stop using the Service with that account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • Use the Service to bypass, defeat or interfere with CAPTCHAs, OTPs, sign-in, verification, rate limits or any other security or access control of IndiaMART or any other system.
  • Use the Service with any account you are not authorised to use, or to access data you are not entitled to see.
  • Copy, resell, sublicense, rent or share the Service, your account or a device connection, or let unauthorised people use them.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service or the extension, except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
  • Overload, disrupt or probe our systems, or scrape or collect data from the Service by automated means.
  • Use the Service for spam, fraud, or any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose, or misuse buyers' personal data.

6. IndiaMART account restrictions: no responsibility

IndiaMART controls its own website and services. It may, at its sole discretion and without notice, limit, warn, suspend, block or terminate seller accounts; reduce or stop BuyLeads or credits; change its pages, features or rules; require extra verification; or treat the use of third-party tools as a breach of its terms. We have no control over, and no influence on, any such decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible and not liable for:

  • Any warning, restriction, suspension, blocking or termination of your IndiaMART account or of any IndiaMART service, whatever the reason, including your use of the Service.
  • Any loss of BuyLead credits, IndiaMART subscriptions or fees, leads, enquiries, data, business, revenue, profit or reputation that results from such an action.
  • Leads bought through your account that do not meet your expectations, are duplicates on IndiaMART's side, or do not convert into orders.
  • Any period in which automation cannot run because of a change, outage or restriction on IndiaMART.

None of these events entitles you to a refund, credit or compensation from us. Fees paid to IndiaMART are a matter between you and IndiaMART.

7. Plans, trials, fees and taxes

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on our pricing page. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown at checkout and on your invoice.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months for 12 months of use.
  • When you pay online, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. When you pay by bank transfer or invoice, the plan runs for the period paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, it ends on the date shown in your account. No payment is taken for a trial; if you do not choose a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays usable for a short grace period (currently 3 days); after that, live automation stops until payment is made.
  • We may change prices or plan limits. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you at least 15 days in advance.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded, except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, failures of our providers or the internet, or changes on IndiaMART that require the integration to be updated, during which automation may pause. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the whole Service, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you put into the Service. You allow us to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymous statistics that do not identify you or your business to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the lawful use of buyer information you receive from IndiaMART, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, the extension, our software, designs, text and the BuyLeadPilot name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your internal business during your subscription, in line with these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Third-party services

The Service works with services run by others, such as IndiaMART, Google, Razorpay, your browser and the Chrome Web Store. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, actions or charges.

13. No guarantee of results

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • Any number, quality or relevance of leads, any purchase, response, conversion, order or sale.
  • That every matching lead will be detected or bought, or that a lead will be bought before other sellers act on it.
  • That the lead details shown by IndiaMART are accurate or complete.
  • That using automation is permitted by, or complies with, IndiaMART's terms or any other third party's rules.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, leads or BuyLead credits, however caused, even if we were told it might happen.
  • Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the Service in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees and partners against any claim, demand, loss, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your IndiaMART account or its use, your breach of these Terms or of any third party's terms (including IndiaMART's), or your use of buyer information.

16. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you breach these Terms, do not pay, put the Service or others at risk, misuse the Service, or if the law requires it.
  • When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 2, 6, 10 to 15 and 18 to 20 continue to apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel and delete your account.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Banaskantha, and the proceedings will be in English. Subject to this, the courts at Banaskantha have exclusive jurisdiction, including for urgent interim relief.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes, outages or restrictions on IndiaMART, failures of internet, hosting, email or payment providers, power failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes or war.

20. General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
  • We send notices to the email address of your account or show them in the dashboard. You can send notices to support@buyleadpilot.com.
  • Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.

21. Grievance Officer and contact

For questions or complaints about the Service or these Terms, contact our Mali Manishbhai, Grievance Officer, at support@buyleadpilot.com, or by post at BuyLeadPilot, Deesa , Banaskantha , Gujarat - 385535. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
