How it works

BuyLeadPilot combines a lightweight browser extension with a secure web dashboard. You stay signed in to your seller panel as usual; the extension reads new leads, and our server decides — using your rules and limits — whether to act.

Getting started

  1. Register

    Create your organization account. Your 14-day trial starts immediately.

  2. Install the extension

    Add the extension to Chrome or Edge on the computer where you use your seller panel.

  3. Connect with a code

    In Devices, create a one-time code and enter it in the extension. No passwords are exchanged.

  4. Create a profile

    Choose keywords, exclusions, locations and limits. Start in Test Mode.

What happens when a new lead appears

  1. Detect. The extension notices the new lead in your open seller panel without reloading the page.

  2. Read and normalize. Only the lead details shown on the page are read (title, description, location, category, quantity, budget).

  3. Filter. Your profiles are evaluated in priority order: exclusions first, then requirements, then keywords.

  4. Check. The server confirms your plan, that automation is enabled, your limits and cooldown, and that the lead is not a duplicate.

  5. Act. Only then does the extension perform the configured action in your seller panel, as you would.

  6. Verify and record. The result is confirmed on the page, logged, and shown in your dashboard.

Example: the lead matches the keyword and location and contains no excluded words, so the configured action runs.

Test Mode first

A profile in Test Mode goes through exactly the same steps, but stops before acting. The dashboard shows “would purchase” for every match, so you can compare the software’s decisions with your own before spending anything.

When something is not right

  • Signed out or CAPTCHA shown: automation pauses and notifies you. You complete the step yourself.

  • Internet drops: nothing is bought while offline. On reconnection the license and state are checked again.

  • Result not confirmed: marked unknown, never retried, and automation waits for your review.

  • Repeated failures: the circuit breaker pauses automation after 5 in a row.
